The Hilo Yacht Club is pleased to welcome members of approved reciprocal clubs. Reciprocal guests may enjoy dining privileges and many of the recreational facilities that the Club offers.

The Hilo Yacht Club has no mooring facilities.

Privileges
Guest reciprocal privileges include use of HYC's dining, lounge/bar facilities and most recreational facilities.

Club Location
The Hilo Yacht Club is located on a breathtakingly beautiful shorefront property just outside of Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Documentation Required for Admittance
Reciprocal guests must present either their current club membership card (with contact information of club and date of expiration) or a letter of introduction from the membership club.


Check-in Procedures
Upon arrival, please check-in at the reception desk located just inside the front entrance.

Payment Terms
Purchases must be paid with Visa, Master card or cash. Checks are not accepted.
A 15% gratuity is included on all dining room and bar checks.

Rules and Regulations
Guests are required to comply with all club rules and regulations including:

1. Rubber slippers, tank tops and bathing suits are NEVER allowed in the dining rooms for either men or women. Shirts WITH COLLARS are required for gentlemen seated in the dining rooms.

2. Shorts are not appropriate attire for either men or women at dinner, however they may be worn in the dining rooms at lunch. Skorts and similar outfits for ladies are allowed at any time.

3. Smoking is not allowed in the Clubhouse, bar, or any outside dining areas.

4. Cell phones may not be used inside the Clubhouse
